§ 17.16.5. Change of use in existing buildings.

  • For existing buildings with a history of various retail, office and restaurant uses, where a proposed change will result in expansion of retail or restaurant use which would otherwise require additional or reconfigured off-street parking and loading spaces, the Zoning Administrator may reduce or waive such requirement, balancing the need for increased parking and the value of enhanced retail opportunities.
