§ 17.1.11. Development on lots divided by district boundaries.

  • If a zoning district boundary does not run along a property boundary, so that a lot is in more than one zoning district, the zoning district with the more restrictive regulations shall apply to the entire lot. This rule shall not, however, apply to overlay zoning, which may apply to portions of lots as well as entire lots.
