§ 5.20.190. Fees.

Application, reinstatement and renewal fees are nonrefundable and nonproratable. If any fee is not lawfully and timely paid, the application or license is void. Fees for the purposes of this chapter shall be those fees established from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
